General information

Our prices are valid per person and day including Hotel Sonnleit´n luxury resort. The local tax of € 2,60 per person/day will be charged extra.

Reduction for children (in parents´room only)

• Children until 2 years - free
• Children from 3-5 years - € 5,- per day
• Children from 6-12 years - 50% reduction from the parents daily rate
• Children from 13-16 years - 25% reduction from the parents daily rate

Arrival and departure

On your arrival day the rooms are available from 15.00. If you arrive later then six o’clock (18.00), please let us now. We ask you to leave the room not later than 10 o’clock on the day of your departure.

Dogs are welcome: for a cost of € 8,- (summer) or € 12,- (winter) per day (without food)

Booking - reservation

Bookings can be made by post, by telephone, by fax or e-mail. For a guaranteed reservation please make a prepayment of 150,- per room via bank money-order, which is free of costs.

Cancellation conditions

According to the Austrian Hotel Conditions [klick - pdf]. If you cancel your holiday up to 12 weeks before your vacation start, we refund your prepayment (minus € 25,- for service charge per booking). For cancellations at the latest of one month before your appointed arrival we charge three days of the required room price. If the cancellation takes place later than 21 days before your vacation start, the booked accommodation will be brought to account.
These conditions are also valid for later arrival or earlier departure (for any reason).
