The Sonnleiten was built more than 20 years ago as a restaurant with four holiday apartments in one of the best and most beautiful spots in Ladis in beautiful Tyrol. Already in the year 2000 the first expansion by 10 rooms and to a four-star hotel took place. In 2005, our wellness area was generously expanded and the original holiday apartments were converted into modern rooms and suites with light-flooded conservatories and spacious roof terraces.
Due to the great demand and the ever-increasing number of regular guests and special friends of our house, a larger, more modern and even more comfortable Sonnleiten was created in 2015. The new Sonnleiten has had 34 rooms and suites since it opened in December 2015, offering plenty of space for people from all over the world who are looking for relaxation

Guests experience culinary delights in a total of 3 dining areas, including a panorama restaurant and a traditional Tyrolean parlor with rustic pine wood and in a large buffet area with front cooking.
Our well-known Sonnleiten gourmet board is included in your room price. In the morning, a breakfast with the best from the region awaits you and in the evening our kitchen team will surprise you with an excellent 5-course menu to choose from. A weekly gala dinner is also a must!

As soon as you enter the Sonnleiten, the lobby with cocktail bar invites you to linger in good company. Enjoy the specialties of our bartenders and get to know selected high-percentage delicacies from the Tyrolean Oberland region.

Our spacious wellness area extends over 450 square meters and has an indoor pool, Finnish sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin, a large relaxation room and an open-air zone.
